Service Agreement

By requesting and scheduling pressure cleaning services from Pressure Cleaning Hialeah ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial pressure cleaning, soft washing, and related services provided in Hialeah, FL and Miami-Dade County.

Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial estimate (e.g., additional surfaces, excessive staining, or accessibility issues)
• We will communicate any price adjustments before beginning work

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather for the safety of our team and the quality of results
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

Service Expectations

We use professional-grade equipment and industry-standard techniques to deliver the best possible results. Please note:

• Pressure cleaning removes surface-level dirt, mold, algae, and stains. Some deeply embedded or permanent stains (e.g., rust, paint, or chemical damage) may not be fully removable
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, including cracked concrete, loose paint, deteriorated grout, or damaged sealant
• Soft wash solutions are biodegradable and EPA-compliant

Property Access & Preparation

• Clients must provide clear access to the areas being cleaned
• Please remove personal items, vehicles, and fragile objects from the work area before our arrival
• Ensure all windows and doors are properly closed during service

Liability & Insurance

Pressure Cleaning Hialeah is fully licensed and carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during service delivery. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing structural or surface damage
• Damage resulting from deferred maintenance
• Items left in the work area

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• For commercial contracts, payment terms may be arranged in advance
